Frequently Asked Questions

What devices are supported?

Chromaform runs on iPad with A12 Bionic or later and iPhone 15 or later. For the best experience with large RAW files, an iPad Pro with an M-series chip or iPhone Pro with A17+ is recommended. Requires iOS 16.0 or later.

What RAW formats are supported?

DNG, CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, ORF, RAF, RW2, PEF, SRW, and any format supported by Apple's CIRAWFilter. JPEG, HEIC, PNG, and TIFF are also supported.

Are my photos uploaded to the cloud?

No. All processing — including AI features — runs entirely on your device. Your photos never leave your iPad or iPhone.

Are my edits destructive?

No. Your original files are never modified. Edits are stored as lightweight parameter sets. You can reset to the original at any time.

How do I import custom LUTs?

Place .cube files in the LUTs folder via the Files app, AirDrop, or iTunes file sharing. They appear automatically in the Presets & LUTs panel.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
